Billing Policy – Raedan Learning Solutions

This Billing Policy outlines the payment terms and conditions for services provided by Raedan Learning Solutions through www.raedanlearningsolutions.com or through direct client agreements.
By purchasing services or entering into a service agreement with Raedan Learning Solutions, you agree to the following billing terms.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase or within the client agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or prior to the delivery of services.
• Corporate training engagements may require a deposit to reserve training dates.
• Full payment must be received before the start of training unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Deposits
For corporate training sessions, workshops, or consulting engagements, Raedan Learning Solutions may require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and preparation of training services.
Deposit requirements will be specified in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Accepted Payment Methods
Raedan Learning Solutions may accept payments through the following methods:
• Credit or debit cards
• ACH bank transfers
• Online payment platforms
• Business checks (when approved)
• Other approved payment methods listed on the invoice
Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the stated due date may be subject to late fees or interest charges where permitted by law. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are submitted on time.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional services and training preparation, fees paid for services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on:
• Timing of cancellation
• Preparation or customization already completed
• Contractual agreements between Raedan Learning Solutions and the client
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients requesting to reschedule training or consulting sessions should provide advance notice whenever possible.
Raedan Learning Solutions reserves the right to charge rescheduling or cancellation fees if adequate notice is not provided or if preparation work has already been completed.
Service Suspension
Raedan Learning Solutions reserves the right to suspend or delay services if invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed payment terms.
Services may resume once outstanding balances are resolved.
Changes to Billing Policy
Raedan Learning Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Billing Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
